FAVOURITES and DOWN-LOADING
1. FINAL IMAGES can be downloaded by:
1. Navigate to the required page.
2. Hit the SELECT PHOTO button. The button is toward the top right.
3. Add a TICK to the image or images you wish to select by clicking on the image. A tick will appear on the images you select.
4. Then use the DOWNLOAD button to download your selected images. Towards top right. (If there is NO download button, let me know and I can reset the page).
5. Follow the online instructions. eg If asked if you would like an email notification, I recommend you accept.
6. Do not download or post images with a "PROOF" watermark. Proofs are soley to allow you to select FAVOURITES for editing.
2. PROOFS & FAVOURITES selecting images for editing:
DO NOT POST PROOFS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. IT WILL LOOK AS IF YOU ARE A STEALING SOMETHING.
Where I have posted PROOF you can request FINAL (Edited) images. Just send me the "Image Number" or better still use the FAVOURITES system.
Please do NOT send me CLIPS of your selection as it is surprisingly time consuming for me to match them up and blunders are a waste of time.
Either look at a video on how to create Favorites by clicking here, or follow instructions below.
1. Log onto your page with the link I have sent. Complete any screen prompts. (Username and Password)
2. Click the SELECT button, toward to top right. or on a Mobile phone use the Drop Down Menu towards top of screen.
3. Add a TICK to the images you wish to select, by Clicking on the "Heart". Just go through all the images and TICK the ones you like. You can do a multiple selection and you can add more or subtract unwanted.
4. Once you have the images Ticked, click on the FAVOURITES button, toward the top right. Follow any on screen prompts.
5. You have now set up a new page for all of your favourites. You can add or subtract by clicking the "Heart",to determine how many you require.
6. Work through your favourites to select the 10-15 best images.
7. LET ME KNOW THAT YOU HAVE MADE YOUR FAVOURITES PAGE.
8. In the future, you can log back into your favourites page and even add or subtract on future shoots. "It's your web page ! "
USING YOUR IMAGES. You are welcome to post images that are watermarked ARTZ
After editing, I will add an ARTZ watermark and re-post your FINAL edited images to a fresh page.

The Proofs are normally deleted, but where possible the FAVOURITES and Finals will remain for future use.
Once the images are posted with the ARTZ WATERMARK you are welcome to use the images as you wish, such as Facebook, Instagram, print for family and friends etc, but commercial use requires approval.
ORDERING PRINTS
The greatest form of flattery to me is to have your images PRINTED for gifts to your parents or friends or for your own use.
You can order direct from my site at my cost price. I do not make anything.

Images are done in a high end laboratory and Posted to your door.

CELL PHONES
The procedure is the same, but the DOWNLOAD is likely to take a long time, because of the large file size.
On iPhone, after clicking the DOWNLOAD button, nothing seems to happen for a long time, Eventually the Phone asks if you wish to save the images.
BULK DOWNLOADS
"If your client is downloading two images or more, the system will place the images into a Zip file(s). A dialogue box will appear, giving your clients two options. They can either download each Zip file immediately by clicking the link, or request that the system send them an email with the Zip files that they can download at their convenience. Emails typically arrive in just a few minutes, and this option allows your clients to continue navigating your site while the system bundles the photos in the background."
