Alberto Photo is the nome de plume for Ronald Winstone’s creative work, otherwise featured on Artz Photography
1. The terms used by NZ Professional Photographers Assoc shall apply unless stated.
2. The model is free to choose poses and may have any image deleted during the shoot.
3. No cellphone images are to be taken during the shoot.
4. In return for the free shoot the model will arrange two more models to do a similar shoot. The first 20 images will be supplied free. Thereafter Images will be $10 per image.
5. The Model will receive a selection of Proofs in order to choose Favourites for Editing. The Final images will be marked with the Alberto watermark. Proofs must not be published. The Model is licensed to publish, Final watermarked images, on the undermentioned sites, with the following credit or Tag. You may only use images as authourised below.

6 All work published must be Tagged or credited to "Albertphotographe". No other names are to be used. Specifically do not use: Ronald_Pics, Ronald Winstone, or Artz.
7. The photographer retains copyright and is free to retouch and use the images for such things as self promotion, photo books or as he sees fit.
8 Instagram Images must comply with generally accepted site standards.
PROCEDURE
After the shoot, images will be posted to a Client Page on the Alberto section of Artz’s site.
An email will give a link to your photos. Log in with your email & password of your choice.
Anything watermarked as Alberto is ready to be published, provide it is Tagged to Alberto.
Images marked as PROOFS are to enable the Model to select FAVOURITES, so the images can be edited and re-posted, as a final image, a "Alberto" watermark, will denote it may be published.
Under no circumstances are PROOFS to be published anywhere.
Only FINAL IMAGES with the Alberto watermark are to be published. The watermark must not be removed.
To order Edits from the Proofs. a/. Click the SELECT BUTTON b/. Click the images you wish to SELECT (a TICK appears on the image). c/, Click the FAVOURITES button. Images will be edited and become FINAL images when they are watermarked with the Alberto watermark. For more instructions on Favourites and downloading refer to the INFO pull down menu on the Site.
When Final Images are posted you will be able to download using the DOWNLOAD button.
